Katherine Lesperance is a distinguished educator and subject matter expert in mental wellness, leadership, and workplace communication. With extensive experience in the aviation industry, Katherine has built a reputation for transforming organizations by providing cutting-edge communication strategies, leadership coaching, and mental health training. As a part-time professor at Fanshawe College's Norton Wolf School of Aviation and Aerospace Technology, she leverages her expertise to assess and bridge skill gaps for foreign-trained Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AMEs), ensuring they meet Canadian standards of excellence. Katherine also works with aviation training organizations, ATOs and internal training departments nationwide, improving the effectiveness of in-house training programs and helping organizations create safer, more efficient workplaces.
